Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY DISPATCH YOUR ORDER ONCE ALL PRODUCTS IN YOUR ORDER ARE AVAILABLE.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. 

It may take longer if we are shipping out pre-orders from a product launch as we have a small team here, If that's the case we will have a banner at the top of the website estimating the delay.

The exception to that is if you reside in the USA and select Transglobal Express at checkout. We ship those out weekly on a Monday as it's the only way we can secure the rates on those.

In normal circumstances all orders should be delivered in 5 - 7 working days from parcels hitting distribution centres. Please keep an eye on your tracking if its in the later days of that window to see the latest.

We would also recommend looking at the website >HERE< for the latest delays to every country from the UK and the reasons why. 

As of the start of 2021 the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU meaning ordering a parcel from us is the same as ordering from anywhere else outside the EU. 

Unfortunately we can't be responsible for any import charges / taxes you might be charged any where in the world. If this is a concern we recommend you getting in touch with your local authorities to get a clear picture of what they might be as it will depend on which country you are in as well as any trade agreements your government has. 

Please understand these aren't charges we set, receive or want you to pay, they are entirely set and received by your government and are not something we have any control over.
