Pre-Order Updates - Bracer Supply Box & Trails TCG (October 2nd Update)

We’re happy to say we have now received all elements of the Bracer Supply Box and are working on the final production of in-house items before the last assembly and shipping of the boxes. Below is some additional information per item:

We truly are on the home stretch of production and are still estimating shipping to be complete by the end of October 2025. If anything changes, we’ll notify you immediately.

Important: The deadline for updating your shipping address is 15th October. To update, please open a ticket at https://support.pin.box/. Use the dedicated “Update Address” ticket type — filling this in correctly helps us process your request quickly.

Trails English TCG

The manufacturer of the Trails TCG (TCG Co., Ltd) has unfortunately experienced delays in shipping international orders. They cited unexpected additional documentation requirements for export as the reason for the delay. Their last update was on Thursday, 25th September, and we have since followed up for more information. We expect to have an update very soon, and once the shipment arrives (it is being expedited), we will fulfil all pending orders without delay.

In the meantime, we are fulfilling what we can using stock acquired through third parties. Getting your order to you as close to launch as possible is very important to us, and we are doing everything we can to make this happen.

For customers in the USA, we are covering the tariffs on these items, so you will not be charged additional fees at delivery.

We apologise for the inconvenience this delay has caused. We will update you with any further information as soon as we receive it.

OCTOBER 1st UPDATE

We have been notifed today that TCG Co., Ltd will be shipping out international wholesale orders on October 6th, we would presume with a week travel they would land with us on October 13th. When pressed to the actual cause of the delays they responded with this statement:

"We use a joint delivery system for deliveries. 
Regarding delivery, we can only arrange for multiple deliveries once we have confirmed that there will be no delivery issues for the single delivery address of the product we want to ship this time, namely the Trails TCG. 

When we carried out this confirmation process at the beginning of September, EORI information was not required, but once the product was completed and it was time to ship, 
we were notified that this information was now required, so we had to start all the procedures over again. 

We sincerely apologize once again for the delay in shipping the product."

At Pin Box we understand how a new product launch is an exciting time and delays deminish that excitement and we thank everyone for trusting us with your pre-order for these cards. With that in mind we were proactive in securing stock from other third parties as soon as we saw signs that there could be issues with the shipment of our wholesale order.

In total we already have over 5000 packs either already in the warehouse or out for delivery to us today and we'll be using this stock to fulfill orders ASAP, which should mean orders we can fulfil from that are getting shipped out 2 weeks earlier than they would otherwise.

For those who are interested in the Promo Cards (Not the ones included in Booster Boxes, those are unaffected) we will be working out a system where people who pre-ordered early will be able to redeem them with a future order. Given the circumstances this is the best solution we can provide at this time. We will share more information when we are able to but there will be a minimum of a 6 month window for you to redeem this and it will be strictly connected to your account so there will be no strict urgency.

October 2nd Update

Pretty much all pre-orders for the TCG have now been dispatched using alternative stock. The only exceptions are a handful of orders that have come in over the last 48 hours and orders that are destined to Canada. Due to the Canada Post strike, Royal Mail has suspended all shipments there. As soon as the strike is resolved we will send these remaining shipments out. 

As mentioned in the October 1st update we will have more information about the promo card when we have created a solution and a way to roll it out once we recieve our actual shipment from TCG Co., Ltd.
