Does Pin Box Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries in the world, though the available shipping methods may vary by country. There may also be some items we are unable to ship to certain countries due to licensing limitations.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

All of our shipping rates are generated at the point of checkout and are depandanct on what items your purchasing and their weight.

We only charge what it costs us and offer a wide variety of shipping methods dependent on what's being ordered.

My Order Hasn't Shipped Yet, Why?

The vast majority of Pin Box is operated by a single person including shipping, while i do aim to ship orders out within 2 working days there can be times where I experience a surge of orders. Rest assured I'm working as fast as I can to fulfill any orders placed.

Giclees & Wall Scrolls can take longer due to the fact they are produced inhouse to order. The standard turnaround time for those is 5 working days however it could take longer dependant on the order volume of them.

Will I Have To Pay Import To My Country?

If you reside in the UK then there will be no additional charges upon delivery as we are also based in the UK.

If your delivery address is in the European Union and is taking part in the IOSS, you will pay any duties at checkout and nothing at delivery as long as the total of your order is under EUR 150.

Otherwise, it's entirely down to your country's import laws. We recommend finding that information out before placing an order if you are not comfortable paying additional taxes, as Pin Box cannot be held responsible.

My Merch Was Damaged During Shipping, What Do I Do?

Our support team will look at each order on a case-by-case basis. If your case is approved, we will inform you of the steps taken at that point. Please keep ALL packaging until you have had a response.

Where Is My Order?

Please check your account for your order status to see if it has shipped.

If your order has shipped and you selected a tracked shipping method then please follow the tracking number to see the latest updates.

How Do I Change My Address?

If you need to update the shipping address on an order that has already been placed, please submit that request by contacting our support team.

Why Was I Banned?

Reasons for a ban or a mass-order-cancellation can include (but are not limited to):

Creating multiple accounts. Charge-backs. Treating an employee of Pin Box with extreme disrespect, harassment or threats of violence.
