Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Pin Box Ltd, we aim to make your returns process straightforward and hassle-free. Please review the details below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


General Returns

You can exchange or request a refund for any item, provided it is returned:

  • In its original packaging.
  • In a resaleable condition (unworn and unwashed, if applicable).
  • Within 30 days of receipt.

To process a return (refund or exchange), the item(s) must be sent back to us, including:

  • Your order number, so we can track your return correctly.
  • A slip detailing your preferred outcome (e.g., refund or exchange).

If your preferred outcome is not possible (e.g., the requested item is out of stock), we reserve the right to contact you to discuss alternatives.

Items that are permanently out of stock may qualify for a refund or a suitable alternative.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team before returning the item. We will discuss whether a return is necessary and provide instructions on the next steps.

For approved returns due to faults or errors, we will cover the return postage costs if the item is returned using an approved trackable service.

    We recommend using a reliable and trackable postal service to ensure safe delivery of your return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

    Unless your return is due to a fault or error, return shipping costs, as well as any import charges, taxes, or delivery fees, are the customer’s responsibility.

     


    Exchanges

    • We do not charge for sending exchanged items back to you, including international orders. However, the cost of returning the item to us remains your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

    Refunds

    • Refunds or confirmation of your exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your returned item, regardless of your location.
    • Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error or the item is faulty, and a return has been pre-approved by our Customer Service Team.

    Important Notes

    • Returns that do not meet the outlined conditions (e.g., items not in their original packaging or unsaleable condition) may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
    • For international returns, any import duties or taxes paid during the return process are non-refundable.
    • Please ensure your return includes your order number and a slip detailing your preferred outcome to avoid delays in processing.
    • If you have not received a refund or exchange confirmation after the stated processing time, please contact our Customer Service Team.
