Originally released in 1989, Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes marks the very beginning of Nihon Falcom’s long-running turn-based RPG series, The Legend of Heroes.
In contrast to Falcom’s more intense PC-88 RPG contemporaries, the soundtrack adopts a lighter, more relaxed tone. Gentle themes such as Town evoke peace and safety, while Ship accompanies your journey across open seas with a sense of calm adventure.
Falcom Sound Team jdk has taken great care to give this score a distinct identity among the studio’s PC-88 catalog. Mastered from entirely new recordings captured specifically for this release, we’re excited to share this obscure and historically important soundtrack with you.
