Pin Packaging Information
Each pin is presented in a floating frame box that suspends your pin in the middle. During transit you may find that the pin has shifted slightly.
We are rolling out a solution for this with a custom piece of acrylic to hold the pin securely. As this requires making a custom one for each pin in our back catalogue, it is going to take time however please check the product description to see if it is included in the item you wish to buy right now.
If it isn't included yet this is nothing to worry about and the box can be opened and the pin can be moved back to the centre. For those who are against removing the protective seal we place on each pin to prevent damage to the cardboard sleeve during transit - the pin can be shifted back using knocks against a solid surface - while this is not something we would recommend, it is an option that you can choose to do.
In the situation that the film of the frame becomes loose over time this can be solved by either carefully aiming a hairdryer at it or by submerging the frame in warm water.
EU Taxes
By Default VAT is included in the displayed price for the EU. If you are ordering from the EU then you likely benefit from the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme we are enrolled in.
The IOSS scheme makes it so you can place an online purchase and pay nothing on it's delivery. No additional duty, tax, fees at all. The price you pay at checkout is the FINAL price. This means you can make an informed decision knowing the exact amount a product is going to cost you.
Most countries in the EU are a part of this scheme and you can make sure yours is when you get to the checkout page. If you see a charge for "Taxes" then your shipping address IS in the IOSS.
If you see a line such as "Including €**.** in taxes" under your total then all VAT is included in the total.
If there is no mention then either your country doesn't support IOSS or your ordering over the threshold of €150, at which point duties will be owed at checkout.
In the extremely rare situation you do get charged at delivery and were charged "Taxes" at checkout please get in touch with our support team who will make things right.
Please note - The "Taxes" we receive all go straight to your government and isn't something we see any money from. While we can appreciate it increases the cost of a purchase, it isn't something we have any influence or choice over.
