If you are ordering from the EU then you likely benefit from the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme we are enrolled in.
The IOSS scheme makes it so you can place an online purchase and pay nothing on it's delivery. No additional duty, tax, fees at all. The price you pay at checkout is the FINAL price. This means you can make an informed decision knowing the exact amount a product is going to cost you.

You can see a line of "Taxes" so you know it's using the IOSS scheme and that is the final price you would pay. If you do not see a "Taxes" line then your country is not part of the scheme and you would be charged at delivery as normal.
In the extremely rare situation you do get charged at delivery and were charged "Taxes" at checkout please get in touch with our support team who will make things right.

We carefully create each Pin Box Giclée in-house, tailoring them to your order; this includes leaving time for the outgassing process to occur, which is between 24 - 48 hours and aim to ship within five business days of receiving your order.
