Bracer Supply Box Shipping has officially begun!

International Customers should expect an email over the next 24 hours with tracking details (By end of day 10th November 2025), please check your spam! You should recieve an email from "[email protected]" if your shopify order hasn't been updated otherwise.

Due to the volume of orders we've handled this one slightly different from usual and are working with a distribution centre to get them out ASAP. As part of this we'll be transporting them ourselves to the distribution centre, which is going to take a fair amount of round trips due to the weight involved (Over 8 Tonnes, or 17500 lbs if you prefer). We've allocated this entire week to that task so your tracking may not update until the end of the week (14th November) as it will only update once it's at the depot.

UK orders will see tracking information go out towards the end of the week and a collection that's been arranged with Royal Mail for Friday.

We would ask that you keep an eye on your tracking information as you will always be in a position to react to something quicker than anything we can do. 

We've prioritized international orders first for a few reasons. They take longer to arrive at their destination and we really wanted to avoid the chaos of Black Friday as much as possible. 

From a logistical point of view it also made sense as while i'm transporting them to the depot over the next few days the rest of the team can wrap up production for the UK.

And finally it means that everyone should start to receive them at roughly the same time, obviously there will be exceptions but overall i expect people to start getting them in their hands during the week after.

It's taken a herculean amount of effort to get this out in the promised window of Fall 2025 but I'm happy that we were able to keep that promise, and I hope the final product reflects the hard work and love that has gone into it!

As some of you may know, Pin Box is usually a one-person operation — every stage from production to packing and customer support is normally handled by me alone. Over the last month, I’ve had help from two others to keep things moving, but the final assembly and shipping preparation (which includes adding additional layers of protection for international transport) has taken considerably longer than I expected.

Because of this, I need to shift the estimated shipping date slightly from late October to November 2025. This still falls within our original Fall 2025 release window.

 

Why Shipping Is Taking Longer

The Bracer Supply Box is by far the most complex project we’ve ever handled — over 4 kg per unit, multiple fragile materials, and numerous in-house components that require careful manual fitting and inspection. Every single box is being handled, inspected, and packed with several layers of protection including foam and double corner protections to ensure it arrives safely.

While I initially planned to ship some batches as they were completed, there are two major reasons I decided against that:

Efficiency

Sending them out in small waves would slow the process dramatically due to how freight pickups and customs processing work. We already have a system in place that will allow us to ship then all in one process and shipping them seperately would require us going through that process for every single shipment instead of just once for all of them.

Support workload

Once people start sharing photos online, support requests from others asking where their box is always going to spike. Every one of those emails takes time away from physically packing boxes — which directly delays everyone else’s order.

Right now, all production and development on every other Pin Box project has been paused to focus solely on this. The last month has honestly been exhausting — progress has been slowed further by illness and a hand injury — but rest assured, I want these shipped and off my shoulders far more than anyone wants to receive theirs.

With this shift, the final date to update your shipping address is now October 31st, 2025.

Final Box Assembly Progress

You will have noticed a percentage tracker at the top of this page showing the total final packages ready to ship. Once the progress bar reaches 100%, all units will be dispatched within the following couple of days.

I know this project has taken far longer than anyone — including me — originally imagined. The sheer scale of it, combined with wanting to deliver something worthy of Trails in the Sky, has meant taking the time to do things properly rather than rush and compromise quality.
